A native to the Detroit area, Jason has over 20 years of structural engineering experience and led award winning projects around the world; including giant observation wheels, mixed-use high-rise structures, university buildings, hospitals, hotels and office buildings. Utilizing his experience and passion for design, he approaches projects focused on performance and innovation.
Jason Krolicki, PE SE Principal
Marc has 30+ years of experience in the analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, cold formed metal framing and wood structures. His projects include high-rise office buildings, parking structures, housing developments, recreational facilities, health care facilities, educational facilities, historic preservation, and government buildings. His creativity and knowledge make him an invaluable partner in design.

Dr. Yates is a licensed structural engineer with over 33 years of experience in the structural design of multiple building materials and many sustainable construction techniques. His expertise includes a broad spectrum of building and client types, enabling him to provide creative, cost-effective solutions for all projects. Building typologies include K-12 Education, Higher Education, Research/Laboratories, Office/Workplace, Manufacturing/Industrial Facilities, Retail/Commercial Development, Medical Facilities, Multi-family Residential, Community Municipal and Religious Facilities.
James Yates, PE PhD Senior Associate
Owjan joined Resurget Engineering in 2021 and brings with him over 11 years of engineering experience. Prior to joining Resurget Engineering, Owjan was involved with projects related to forensic structural engineering and architecture. Owjan’s wide range of experience in both new design and forensic engineering has provided him the insight to design and develop details with durability, constructability, and lower long-term maintenance costs in mind.
Owjan Hashtroodi, PE Associate
Pierce brings over 10 years of experience from projects around the country with a strong emphasis on higher education and K-12, but includes workplace, industrial, retail, and single and multifamily residential. His projects have a range of materials and construction types including steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, conventional wood framed structures, cold-formed metal framing, and shipping containers. His experience consists of both new construction and renovations, rehabilitating existing structures to facilitate new design and modern MEP systems.
Pierce Sadlier, PE, LEED AP Associate
Neil Waraksa is a Senior Structural Engineer at Resurget Engineering PC that comes from a background of consulting, research and development, and skilled trades within the construction industry.
Experienced in structural analysis, designing repairs and retro-fits for existing buildings, and designing new structures utilizing steel, concrete, masonry, and wood materials. Previous experience also includes performing numerous types of field testing on building components to verify performance and strength compliance.
Research and Development experience focused on testing and analyzing glass and fiber reinforced composite systems.
Over 15-years of hands-on experience in the skilled trades primarily focused on rough carpentry, metal fabrication, welding, and CNC operation.

Brian Miner joins Resurget Engineering as a Controller. Brian brings 7 years of accounting experience across multiple industries. Beyond accounting, he brings experience in setting up internal processes and procedures to help Resurget Engineering grow.

Stephen joined Resurget in 2020, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in AutoCad and BIM. His experience with projects is diverse and includes industrial, healthcare, higher education, theaters, parking structures, and renovations & restorations. Project schedules and client satisfaction are always high priorities.
Stephen Moore BIM/IT Manager
Steven joined Resurget Engineering in 2020 and brings with him 11 plus years of both project and executive administrative experience supporting engineers. He has worked with project teams on both large complex infrastructure and structural projects as well as numerous smaller projects. Steven’s wide ranging skill set in office administration is an asset to our team.

Daixi joined Resurget Engineering in 2019 after graduating from University of Michigan. She brings over 4 years of experience from diverse projects in the state of Michigan including office buildings, K-12 and higher education facilities, multi-family residential, commercial, hotel, and construction engineering. She is responsible for the analysis and design of steel, PT/reinforced concrete, wood, and masonry structures.

Myriam joined Resurget Engineering after graduating from Purdue University. She has quickly developed experience in wood framed construction, existing buildings, and facade restoration.

Alec joins Resurget Engineering as a Graduate from University of Michigan. His diverse course work on steel and concrete structures provides a unique set of skills to be implemented on projects.

Taylar is currently an Engineer in Training and Graduate Architectural Engineering student at Lawrence Technological University. Her focus and course work is focused on sustainable building construction and economic design.

Daniel joins Resurget as a 2023 graduate from the University of Windsor. He has research experience investigating the implementation of emerging technologies for engineering purposes, with a particular interest in structures.
Daniele Mognon Graduate Engineer
Safwan became a part of Resurget in 2023 while simultaneously pursuing a Ph.D. at Lawrence Technological University. His research background includes extensive work with geopolymer concrete and his current focus is on carbonation concrete research. His professional experience extends to a variety of projects, including multi-family residential buildings and K-12 educational facilities.
Safwan Kaleemullah Graduate Engineer
Nicholas has 16 years of experience in structural engineering, specializing in structural dynamics and kinetic structures. His project experience includes large scale kinetic architecture, dynamic sculptures, floor vibration mitigation, and damping system design. Nicholas's approach is multidisciplinary and focuses on de-risking the delivery of complex projects.
